Fleet Mechanic/Shop Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain 20 ready mix trucks.
Management of mechanics - disciplinary, training, hiring and scheduling.
Troubleshooting equipment.
Ensuring equipment availability and preventative maintenance.
Qualifications:
Prior fleet maintenance experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
Strong team player who is able to work across multiple functions and disciplines.
