Aggregate Sales Manager
The Aggregate Sales Manager is responsible for the overall sales of the aggregate division. The Sales Manager will plan and establish sales goals, strategies and activities required to ensure safety, product availability, quality assurance, sustainability and market strategies.
Sales and Quoting
Develop weekly and monthly sales and contact schedules for self and sales associate
Make sales calls
Utilize CRM tool and functions
Monitor daily tonnage of products sold in each quarry.
Monitor inventories of products per quarry.
Monitor customer's activity.
Provide quarterly sales forecast
Provide production personnel sales and inventory forecasts
Oversee POS processes
Qualities and Gradations
Monitor all qualities (requirement for quoting of products)
Responsible for submitting gradations of specialized materials to QC manager
Monitor gradations of all products being produced.
Coordinate with QC manager on submittals of materials for testing to DOT and private laboratories.
Budgeting
Develop annual sales budget
Develop and update quarterly budget

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
