Director of Sales

The Director of Sales reports to the CEO and is a member of the company's executive team.
They will be responsible for the direction and management of all sales and marketing activities, including market competitiveness, pricing, forecasting, product liability, manufacturer representatives, and selling channel strategy.
The Director of Sales will provide leadership and coordination for all company sales and marketing functions, while monitoring and analyzing sales and marketing activities against goals.
This is not a turnaround/transformation situation - but more of a manage and ability to grow business/sales in the future.

Responsibilities:
Direct & coordinate company sales and marketing functions Understand competition's strengths and weaknesses Secure knowledge of market place Recommend product improvement / perceived value Product Pricing - forecasting - product liability Manage manufacturer reps and selling channel strategy Identify new business segments / generate leads / develop new customers Develop / implement short and long range goals Establish objectives / policies / operating procedures Recruit / train / supervise / evaluate internal sales staff & mfg.
repsRequirements:
Industrial Fan or Industrial Fan Ventilation experience BS Engineering Min.
15 years in related business Min.
3 years as product manager or higher Successful track record increasing sales (profitable basis) Successful record of working with or managing mfg.
reps.
Proven leadership qualities Team player:
high integrity - energetic - motivator Technical Training in air movement or related field Field sales experience 10 - 20% Travel.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
